Shipping policy

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Total time = processing time + delivery time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping costs: Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Customs, duties, and taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Lost or delayed packages: If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact support@dentelle.shop and we'll help investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs once an order has shipped.
