Refund Policy
We want you to love your Dentelle purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the terms below.
Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any beauty, skincare, or personal-care product once the seal has been broken or the item has been used. This does not affect your statutory rights where such rights apply.
How to start a return: Email support@dentelle.shop with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back before receiving return authorization and instructions from us; unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked, insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items: Opened or used products, gift cards, promotional/free items, and items marked "final sale."
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@dentelle.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
